Escape to this chic and well-appointed two-bedroom retreat, featuring a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and three single-size beds in the second bedroom – all dressed in fresh linens with electric blankets for ultimate comfort. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine, full appliance suite which includes fridge, microwave, stove, bench oven, kettle and toaster. And complete cookware for home-style meals. Relax in the cozy lounge area with its baby grand piano and a smart TV for entertainment, while the air-conditioning keeps you comfort in summer or winter, and complimentary WiFi throughout. Outside, your private oasis awaits with a gas BBQ area, when weather allows. Practical touches include a Bosch laundry, on-site parking, and bathroom amenities.
We welcome small pets (under 12kg) with a few considerate restrictions to ensure everyone's comfort. Dogs must be toilet-trained, have their own bedding, and not be left unattended in the property. A cleaning fee (NZD 50.00) applies if pets are on the beds.

Guests are charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Please note that late check-out can be arranged with an additional charge of NZD 15.00 per 15 minutes. Late check-out can be extended until 12:00 PM, which allows our wonderful housekeeping team enough time to prepare the house nicely for the next guests, just as we did for you.

Early check-in can be arranged upon request for an additional NZD 50, subject to availability. Otherwise, the key will be ready for collection from 3:00 pm.

If your travel party will include more guests than originally booked, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival to avoid extra charges. Please note that an additional fee of NZD 50 per extra guest will apply if the number of guests does not match the original booking. For example, if your reservation is for 2 guests but 3 guests arrive, a charge of NZD 155 (NZD 105+50) will be applied for the additional guest.
